  • You want to show up online and in life, but visibility still feels unsafe.

  • You’re done with fluffy advice. You want something real.

You don’t need another strategy.
You need a regulated, grounded return to yourself.

Coaching Review

Working with Gladys as my coach was a transformative experience. During our sessions, I was able to uncover and address areas of my life that needed healing, particularly around my inner child. She helped me identify how certain belief systems were impacting my decisions, holding me back, and hindering my visibility and confidence. Gladys provided me with insightful assignments that encouraged deep introspection, as well as resources and challenges that helped me break free from negative thought patterns and behaviours. The value of this process was immense, and in a short time I experience.

For instance, I started taking action on ideas I had been sitting on for years. I found the courage to apply for jobs I was fully qualified for without succumbing to imposter syndrome. I began saying yes to opportunities, stepping out of my comfort zone, and becoming more visible at work. I also started my business, offering products and services that had been in my mind for ages.

I've since embraced leadership and public speaking opportunities inside and outside of working. Asking for what I want and confidently positioned myself as a consultant, no longer for without succumbing to imposter syndrome.

The shift I experienced during my sessions with Gladys has been profound-it truly changed the trajectory of my year. I cannot ecommend her coaching services enough for anyone ready to grow, heal, and step into their full potential.

The Reset Book Review

The Reset is a heartfelt and honest look at what it really means to find yourself again after motherhood. Through her own journey, the author speaks to a feeling so many women experience but rarely talk about. The sense of losing parts of yourself once you become a mom, and the slow, brave process of reconnecting with who you are.

One of the most powerful parts of the book is how openly she reflects on her childhood/adulthood and how those experiences shaped her identity, relationships, and patterns later in life.

These moments feel relatable and grounding, encouraging readers to look at their own stories with more understanding and less self-judgment.

The book also does a beautiful job of exploring how friendships change as we grow. It acknowledges the sadness, distance, and growth that can come with evolving relationships, especially during motherhood. Rather than framing these changes as losses, the author gently reframes them as part of personal growth and self-awareness.

What really sets The Reset apart is how interactive it is. At the end of each chapter, readers are guided through simple breathing and centring exercises, along with thoughtful proclamations meant to help rebuild self-trust and confidence. These practices make the book feel supportive and practical—less like you’re being told what to do, and more like you’re being guided back to yourself.

Overall, The Reset has the potential to truly make an impact, especially for women who feel overwhelmed, lost, or disconnected after becoming mothers. It’s comforting, empowering, and reassuring, reminding readers that finding yourself again isn’t selfish; it’s necessary.

Hey I’m Gladys

I didn’t wake up one day and think, “Let me start a brand about healing.”
I started Go Be You, Be Human because shrinking to keep the peace was exhausting, and pretending it wasn’t almost broke me.

My work blends healing, identity, faith, leadership, and personal branding because you can’t build a powerful brand while abandoning yourself.

If you’re ready to stop performing and start leading from truth,
I’ll walk with you to guide you home to yourself.

This is what we do here.

Five phases. One outcome:

Self-led, visible, resourced.

  • Let go of survival mode, people-pleasing, and identities that no longer fit.

  • Calm your nervous system, stop the spirals, and get honest about what’s not working.

  • Be regulated! Build self-trust, boundaries, and a voice that doesn’t flinch or perform.

  • Show up consistently in life and your brand with clarity, power, and authority.

  • Be rooted! Create systems and support so you don’t burn out or backslide.
